I love these backstage shots taken at the Chanel Resort 2011 photo shoot. The star of the day was the gorgeous pouty lipped Georgia May Jagger. The hats, the bijou... it made want to dress up and spend my days dreaming of the spirited seventies...

They came...they wept*.....he conquered.
My favourite show from Aussie fashion week would have to be without a doubt... round of applause please... Mr Dion Lee. Some media have even gone as to far to say that he 'saved fashion week'.
The hair do in the first picture makes me think that some birds must of been flying overhead... well they say that it's lucky right? Although I have a feeling luck had nothing to do with this amazing show.
*apparently there were a few people in the front row so overwhelmed by the show that they shed a few tears

It was all sequins and fairydust at the Ellery show. Taking me back to my pre-school days... dates in the sandpit and monet inspired painting on my clothes.... and that sequin dress deserves it's own round of applause.. it puts the fun in fashion.
